Only Brunches and Lunches
Evening events cost women disproportionately — caregiving hours, safety calculus, and an alcohol-led format that rewards the loudest person present. The OBL Club moves the room to midday and caps the table at eight.
Between 11:00 and 14:00, inside the working day. No trade against family hours, no late travel home.
Tables of eight with a stated topic and a host who has done the thing. Structured conversation, not a room of business cards.
No pitching, no recruiting, no alcohol-led networking. Members arrive knowing why everyone else is there.
The format is the differentiator. Mentorship can be replicated by any vendor; a standing daytime room that senior women actually attend is the part competitors cannot copy in a quarter.

Past tables

Eight women in commercial roles on how to price your own scope. Two attendees left with sponsor introductions inside a month.

Brunch · Lisbon
A table on the first board seat. Notes from the session became the Cedar chapter's succession module.
Attendance counts
Vera advances with you. Two tables attended contribute to your next set of wings, and club attendance is reported to your organisation only as an aggregate engagement figure — never per person, never per table.
