The Aurum pilot
Ninety days. One number. Then you decide.

What does one exit cost?
Cost of one exit
$210,000
A pilot costs a fraction of one exit.
Aurum is an annual subscription after the pilot. On the figures above, one avoided exit covers a year.
No procurement surprises
How this works commercially.
We would rather you knew this now than found it out in procurement.
The pilot: ninety days
One cohort, one control group, one number. Priced as a single engagement, not a subscription. If the ninety days do not produce a figure you believe, there is nothing to renew and we part on good terms.
After that: an annual subscription
Aurum is an annual licence, billed yearly, renewed yearly. Sponsorship cycles run continuously once the programme is live, and the measurement only becomes meaningful across several of them. A one-off programme produces a nice report. A subscription produces a trend.
What the licence covers
Unlimited cycles across the year, every role in the platform, the measurement against a control group each cycle, and the reporting. Priced per organisation against the cost of losing one manager, not per seat. No charge per participant, so you are never penalised for including more women.
Ninety days to decide. Then a year at a time.
We publish no price here. Our pricing depends on headcount and how many cycles you run, and we would rather have that conversation with your numbers in front of us than post a figure that fits nobody.
